Returns & Replacements
All our products have a 25-day money back guarantee. For the refund to be granted customer needs to provide a valid reason (some functional deficiency). Usually, there is an updated version that solves customers complaint. If a refund is granted you will receive 100% refund, after you uninstall and delete all of the copies of our product. As for services Apptrian provides if you are not satisfied with our service you can receive up to 25% refund due to the nature of web development services and the fact that service is already done.
